REFUND POLICY

At Printtsh, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please check our size guides before ordering.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@printtsh.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Replacements or refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval.

Lost packages: If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations are not possible.
