Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed after you buy, then shipped. Typical timing:
- Production: about 2–7 business days (Printful)
- Transit (US): usually a few more business days after the label is created
You’ll get tracking when Printful hands the package to the carrier. Holidays and high-volume periods can add a little time.
Do you ship to the USA only?
This store is set up primarily for United States shipping. Free standard US shipping is available on qualifying orders of $35+ (see cart/checkout for the current rate and threshold).
Can I change my address after ordering?
Once production starts, address changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number if you need a correction.
Sizing
How do tees and hoodies fit?
We use standard premium blanks (for example unisex tees and fleece hoodies). Fit is generally true-to-size with a casual, modern cut. If you’re between sizes:
- Prefer a closer fit → size down
- Prefer roomy / layered → size up
Size charts for each product appear on the product page (size guide / product details). When in doubt, measure a shirt you already like and compare to the chart.
Will the print shrink or crack?
Printful uses professional print methods designed for everyday wear. Follow the care label: wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high heat when drying to keep the print looking sharp.
Returns & quality
What is your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choice, or buyer’s preference. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly defective, contact us at support@printtsh.com with your order number and photos — we’ll work with Printful to make it right (reprint or refund, depending on the case).
Wrong size — can I exchange?
Made-to-order products usually can’t be exchanged for a different size. Double-check the size chart before checkout. If we made an error (wrong size shipped vs. what you ordered), contact us right away.
Make your own
Can I design my own shirt?
Make your own is on the way — a simple flow to build a piece your way. It’s not live on the storefront yet; for now, shop ready-made tees and hoodies in the catalog.
Can I upload my own file today?
Not yet. When Make your own launches, we’ll spell out exactly what’s supported (formats, print area, and how ordering works with Printful).
Where do I track my order?
After Printful ships, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout (and may appear in your Shopify order status page). Production can take a few days before a tracking number appears — that’s normal for POD.
